Animatronic models based on pneumatics require dry and filtered compressed air. Models with animatronics based on electrical servo-motors are “plug-n-play” units that require regular electrical outlets 110V/60HZ or 220V/50HZ. The animatronic dinosaurs indicated as “kids’ friendly” were created specifically to work in the entertaining and educational settings. These dinosaurs with friendly faces won’t scare even the youngest audience. They can sing songs, tell their stories, and move with the music. The reinforced silicone skin and sturdy structure of the robot allows kids to touch, hug, and even seat on their favorite creatures. Static soft skin models offer a low-cost alternative to the animatronic models of dinosaurs. Every creature from the list of Animatronic models can be built as Static model to the same specifications, providing scientific accuracy. These models perfectly work in smaller exhibition halls that do not allow substantial clearances for moving models. Static soft skin model also provide economical solution to accompany animatronic models in the animal groups. However, these models have to be protected from climb-ons and rough interaction with the crowd. Fiberglass static models are also available, and they are made specifically for outside year-round installation. They are weather and impact resistant. A clear UV top coat protects paint from fading. Our hard-bodied dinosaurs have pretty much the same realistic details as our soft skin or animatronic models. This makes our models stand out from our competitors, who typically offer more toy-like models. The charts and descriptions below show only pre-set dimensions and main movements for the animatronic models of dinosaurs. Custom dimensions, additional movements, and special effects are available at extra charge.
